We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. If your area is non-serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS. You can also track your order using our "Track My Order" section on the website.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Gadgetify India
At Gadgetify, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, here's our policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product includes original packaging, tags, user manual (if any), and the original bill/invoice.
Products that are NOT eligible for return:

Opened or used health & wellness products (due to hygiene reasons).

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable."

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
2. How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and provide pickup instructions.
Note: In some cases, we may ask you to ship the product back to our warehouse.
3. Return Pickup

Pickup is free for eligible returns.

If the return is declined upon inspection, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be issued via your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, we will issue a bank transfer or UPI refund after confirmation.
