3. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. If your area is non-serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS. You can also track your order using our "Track My Order" section on the website.


🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Gadgetify India

At Gadgetify, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, here's our policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product includes original packaging, tags, user manual (if any), and the original bill/invoice.

Products that are NOT eligible for return:

  • Opened or used health & wellness products (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable."

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at dasmsupriyo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Images (if product is defective/damaged)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide pickup instructions.

Note: In some cases, we may ask you to ship the product back to our warehouse.

3. Return Pickup

  • Pickup is free for eligible returns.

  • If the return is declined upon inspection, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued via your original payment method.

In case of COD orders, we will issue a bank transfer or UPI refund after confirmation.
